PSI measures the perception of security of visitors from different countries. By doing this it also measures the impact of incidents upon the perception of security in that particular destination. Unfortunately, more and more destinations are affected by security crises, whether due to war, terror-attacks, pandemics or socio-political situations. That is why it is essential to be able to measure impact and respond with personalized communications that reduce recovery time.

PCI measures the level of visitor satisfaction with the weather at the destination. This allows you to understand the relationship between the expectations of visitors and the reality of the destination, thus meaning you can create campaigns that are aligned with the weather conditions in your destination.

HSI – Hotel Satisfaction Index

HSI measures, as the name suggests, the level of visitor satisfaction with the entire accommodation offering of a destination for three, four and five-star hotels, based on comments on that guests make on main accommodation review platforms. The information extracted not only allows us to know the overall level of satisfaction by category and market of origin, but also to segment by department and type of service.

GTPI – Global Tourist Perception Index

GTPI measures the overall level of visitor satisfaction with a particular destination. This measurement is made by taking into account the above four indicators, as well as analysing overall general sentiment about the destination.
