This Privacy Policy describes when and how Mabrian collects, uses and shares its information when you use our Services. Mabrian receives its information through our different web sites, SMS, APls, email notifications, applications, buttons and widgets (the “Services” or “Mabrian”). For instance, you send us information any time you use Mabrian from our web site. By using any of our services, you agree to the collection, assignment, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information, as described in this Privacy Policy. Whatever is your residence country, or the one from which you provide information, you authorize Mabrian to use your information in Spain and also in any other country in which Mabrian operates.

Collection and information use

Note: The information described bellow is collected and used to provide our Services and to measure and improve them continuously.

Collected information during registration: When a Mabrian account is created we simply provide you with a username and password. None of this data is considered of a personal nature, as they are not allowed to identify you as a person, but still they are not made public in our Services.

Links: Mabrian can keep information about how you interact with links through all our Services, including our email notifications, third party services and clients’ applications, redirecting clicks or in other ways. The purpose of doing this is to improve our Services and be able to obtain statistics computed in clicks as, for instance, how man times a concrete link has been clicked.

Cookies: Just as many other web sites, we use cookie technology to collect additional data on the use of the web site and to improve our Services, but cookies are not necessary for many parts of our Services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer´s hard disk. Mabrian can use both session and persistence cookies, in order to understand better how you interact with our Services, monitor aggregate usage by our users and the routing of web traffic in our Services. Most of the internet browsers accept cookies automatically. You can change your browser settings so it stops accepting cookies, or so it asks before accepting any cookie on the web sites you enter. However, some Services may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

Registration Data: Our server log data automatically register the information (“Registration data”) that is created from the use made of the Services. The Registration Information can also include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, source web page, visited web pages, location, your mobile phone service provider, device and application identity, search terms and cookie information. We receive registration information when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our web sites, or you subscribe to our Services. Mabrian uses Registration Information to provide our Services and also measure, customize and improve them. If it hasn´t been done before, we will delete the Register Information or the common identifiers, such as its username, complete IP address or email address, after 18 months.

Third parties: Mabrian uses different third parties services that assist to provide the Services, such as our web site accommodation, and to understand the use of our Services, as Google Analytics. These other service providers can recall information sent from your browser as part of a request for a web page like, for example, cookies or IP address. It is possible that our business partners share information with us, such as a browser cookies ID, or the cryptographic hash of a common account identifier.

Assigment and disclossure of information

Note: We do not disclose your information except in the limited circumstances described bellow.

Mandatory rules and damages: Unless otherwise state in this Privacy Policy, your information can be retained or disclosed, if we consider it reasonable necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal requirement; to protect any person´s safety; to deal with fraud, security or technical problems; or to protect Mabrian rights or property. However, this doesn´t intend to limit any legal defenses or objections that you might have faced with a requirement from a third party, including an administration, to disclose your information.

Transfers between companies: If Mabrian is affected by a tender, merger, acquisition, reorganization or assets sale, your information may be sold or transferred to the new entity.

EU Data Directive

The EU Privacy Directive (also known as Directive 95/46/EC) is a regulation that governs the personal data processing and the free transfer of such data. By not recording personal data, it complies with the requirements for data transfer outside Europe, fully complying with EU legislation.
